Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Apparel must have all tags attached and be in resalable condition
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened supplements (including Amino Acids, BCAA, Glutamine Supplements, Mineral Supplements, Multivitamin Supplements)
- Opened food items (Bars, Drinks & Snacks, Nut Butters, Flavouring Sweeteners)
- Personalized or custom apparel
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your return/exchange request. Use the template below for faster processing.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your items – Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our warehouse at: Fitness Nutrition Store

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For exchanges of eligible items:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
For international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Original shipping fees and any import duties are non-refundable
