Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium fitness products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened supplements (Amino Acids, BCAA, Glutamine Supplements, Mineral Supplements, Multivitamin Supplements)
  • Opened food items (Bars, Drinks & Snacks, Nut Butters, Flavouring Sweeteners)
  • Personalized or custom apparel

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Apparel must have all tags attached and be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your return/exchange request
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
  3. Package your items securely in original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible
  4. Ship your return to:

  5. Wait for processing – We’ll inspect your return and notify you about approval within 3-5 business days of receipt

Refund Information

  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval for funds to appear in your account
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
  • For higher-value exchanges: Pay the difference
  • For lower-value exchanges: We’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

International Returns

International customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
